LPX AG has launched its inaugural Listed Private Equity Barometer, designed to provide detailed data-led insight into the global listed private equity market. Published on a quarterly basis, it presents a snapshot of valuations, performance attribution, allocation, and ESG metrics. The LPX Listed PE Barometer is informed by the LPX Index Series, which serve as standard benchmarks for the private equity asset class.

Delisting RKET GY Effective November 2, 2020

Delisting of RKET GY

1. Background
Shareholders in German tech investment company Rocket Internet voted on Thursday September 24, 2020 to support its plans to delist its shares to allow the company to pursue a more long-term approach to investing.

2. Index Treatment
The instrument will be deleted from all relevant LPX indices applying a no-successor rule based on the closing prices as of Friday October 30, 2020. The weight of RKET GY will be distributed to the reamaining index constituents.

3. Dates
Effective Date of RKET GY Delisting: November 02, 2020

Market Consultation – Capping Rule

1. Background
According to the Guide to the LPX Equity Index Series, Section 1.2, the LPX indices show a CAP of 10% for each constituent instrument in the index. In order to mitigate cluster risk in heavy weight constituents, the new proposed CAP is 7.5% for each constituent instrument in the index. Please contact us for detailed information.
