Delisting RKET GY Effective November 2, 2020

Delisting of RKET GY

1. Background
Shareholders in German tech investment company Rocket Internet voted on Thursday September 24, 2020 to support its plans to delist its shares to allow the company to pursue a more long-term approach to investing.

2. Index Treatment
The instrument will be deleted from all relevant LPX indices applying a no-successor rule based on the closing prices as of Friday October 30, 2020. The weight of RKET GY will be distributed to the reamaining index constituents.

3. Dates
Effective Date of RKET GY Delisting: November 02, 2020

Market Consultation – Capping Rule

1. Background
According to the Guide to the LPX Equity Index Series, Section 1.2, the LPX indices show a CAP of 10% for each constituent instrument in the index. In order to mitigate cluster risk in heavy weight constituents, the new proposed CAP is 7.5% for each constituent instrument in the index. Please contact us for detailed information.

4. Index Treatment
According to the index guide, the instrument will be deleted from the index at the effective date of the share delisting date. The effective date will be communicated in advance.

Restatement of Index Values for NMX Europe

Due to disruptions in Closing Price delivery for Vienna Stock Exchange, the NMX Europe Index closing index values have been restated for close April 14, 2020. Please contact us in case of any questions or concerns.

Exceptional year for the Private Equity markets with a total return of 45% in 2019

After a negative return of -10% in 2018, the Private Equity Index rocketed in 2019 by jumping 45% marking an all-time high before Christmas at EUR 306.89 points. Over the past 10 years the Index showed a total return of 324%. The underlying fundamental performance as measured by the LPX Composite NAV Index showed a positive performance of more than 10% in 2019. This led to a closing of the discount of -7.50% as of 31 December 2019 (compared to -21.31% as of 31 December 2018).
