HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited ("HVPE") is a closed-end investment company and is designed to offer long-term capital appreciation by investing in a diversified private equity portfolio. HVPE invests in and alongside HarbourVest-managed funds which focus on primary partnership commitments, secondary investments, and direct investments in operating companies, giving HVPE exposure to 658 underlying private equity partnerships and over 5,600 companies that those partnerships have invested in. HVPE is managed by HarbourVest Advisers L.P., a leading private equity fund-of-funds manager.
